Placing Your First Order
Please don't feel discouraged if you're having difficulty placing your
first order with Penguin Magic. By following the steps below you should
be able to complete your checkout without any problems. If you continue
to have difficulty placing your order, please email our customer service
department immediately (CustomerService@PenguinMagic.com).
Step 1: Place the item or items you wish to purchase in your
shopping cart.
To place an item in your cart, simply click the "add to cart" icon. You
will find the "add to cart" icon to the right of the picture of the
product. Clicking the "add to cart" icon once will take you to a page
that displays the contents of your shopping cart. The item that you have
just added will be listed along with any other items you have already
added. At this point you have the opportunity to adjust the quantity of
your order by typing a different number in the quantity field and clicking
the "update" button.
To remove an item from your shopping cart simply mark the "remove" check
box and click "Update". At this point you can either continue shopping or
proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout.
To proceed to checkout, simply click the "Checkout" button at the bottom
of your shopping cart, or click the green "Checkout" button that appears
always at the right side of your screen.
Step 3: Input your Account, Billing, and Shipping Information.
At this point returning customers are given the opportunity to Input their
User Name and Password. Don't worry about not having a Penguin Magic User
Name or Password. You will create your own Penguin magic account as you
proceed through the checkout process. Just click on the "click here to
proceed with checkout" button. You will then be prompted to enter your
personal information. The fields marked with * are required.
Step 4: Select a shipping method.
Step 5: Select a method of payment.

through the PenguinMagic.com store.

Restrictions apply. This is a limited time offer. Free Shipping includes
US and Canadian destinations only.
The $ 20 minimum order to qualify for free shipping is based on your order subtotal. If you qualify, simply select
"Free Shipping" when you checkout.
Free Shipping takes 10-13 days to reach US destinations and 1-3 weeks to reach Canadian destinations.
If you live in the US you'll also be given the option to choose Priority Mail (3-5 day delivery) or Express
Delivery (1-2 day delivery). Priority Mail is $ 5.95 for one item, $ 6.95 for two items, and $ 7.95 for three or more
items. Express is $ 27.95 for one item, $ 28.95 for two items, and $ 29.95 for three or more items.
Foreign orders are shipped AIRMAIL via the US Postal Service. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks.
Foreign Shipping is $ 11.95 for one
item, $ 12.95 for two items, and $ 13.95 for three or more items UP TO 3 LBS. If your order is over 3 LBS we will notify you of the additional
shipping charge necessary.

Returns Policy:
We will be glad to replace any trick with a manufacturer's defect or
damage incurred during shipping. Please contact us and we will arrange
for replacement of your trick.
